Pelican Perch
Located on the second floor, Pelican Perch is the perfect getaway for up to 4 guests seeking the beautiful views that Catawba has to offer. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite has sweeping views of Lake Erie, the pool, & the lagoon from every window. This suite is also equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, & balcony overlooking the pool. Also, take advantage of our pool & hot tub featuring a scenic waterfall. Pelican Perch is the perfect getaway for those looking to take advantage of the vast scenery of Catawba Island.
Cardinal Cottage
Cardinal Cottage is perfect for a family getaway. Housing a maximum of six people, this space features two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen bed & one consisting of a twin-sized trundle bed. This suite also features a living room equipped with a fireplace, a 65-inch tv to meet all your streaming needs, a sofa that doubles as a queen-sized bed, & two attached balconies. This space also features a fully equipped kitchen, & lux amenities in our bathroom. Also enjoy our pool & hot tub, featuring a waterfall, for much-needed rest & relaxation. The Cardinal Cottage is the perfect setting for any group.
Eagles Nest

Access this intimate suite from our second-story deck overlooking Lake Erie. This is a great space for enjoying the sunset over the lake, with a nice glass of wine, seated on our luxury outdoor chairs. This room also features a kitchenette with granite countertops. The large en-suite bathroom features Beekman 1802 toiletries, granite countertops, plush bath towels, & a large walk-in glass-enclosed shower. It also includes central air conditioning & access to a washer/dryer in common areas.
Hummingbird Haven features a queen-sized bed with a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Access this intimate suite from our second-story deck overlooking Lake Erie.
